No Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for any products once they have been delivered.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once an order has been delivered, it is not eligible for a refund.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are only accepted if:

• You receive the wrong item.

• The product is damaged during delivery.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request an exchange, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos of the issue.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

• Sale or discounted items (personal or discounts on whole bills, discount codes etc)

• Pre-ordered products.

• Exchange requests made after 48 hours of delivery (only in the above mentioned cases where its eligible)
